Tis the season!! Our house is decorated, and it is just so joyful! We decorate before Thanksgiving- it makes everyone happy so we enjoy every minute of it!
After we had kids, I realized as much as I loved Christmas, it was stressing me out! And thats when I knew I needed to create systems to stay organized, stay on budget, and enjoy the season!
Gifts are such a fun part of the holidays! I love thinking about what someone will enjoy, and choosing something special for them! But, it can be easy to lose track of spending, who you need to buy for, and where you hid those gifts!!
This is the system I created a couple of years ago, and it works so well!! Each time I purchase a gift, I add it to the list. It helps me spread out spending, and enjoy the process of gift giving!
I recommend printing one off for each kiddo, and then you can keep a general list for others!
Don’t forget teachers, co workers, mail carriers, house cleaners, neighbors, hair dressers, and Secret Santas. Those little gifts can add up quickly, especially if you don’t budget. I have Cody send me a list for his office so I can help him plan ahead also!
