As much as I love to cook- dinner time used to feel to be STRESSFUL! I was tired from seeing patients, sometimes I had a plan, sometimes I didn’t. I picked recipes that were too complicated with too many ingredients.
Healthy doesn’t have to mean complicated ingredients!
Simple doesn’t mean boring!
And family friendly doesn’t have to mean only nuggets and Mac and cheese (although I do love both)
Simple ingredients, classic flavor, and a menu that everyone gets to contribute to has helped our family so much!

Green chili chicken enchiladas
Beef and broccoli
Honey garlic pork tenderloin with potatoes and green beans
Lemon skillet Alfredo
