Pasta is usually a dinner I can make that everyone will eat without a meltdown! I love finding ways to add in extra veggies with every dish- and all 3 of these have lots of veggies in them! It adds so much flavor and of course, nutrients!!

Goulash

Who else grew up eating this? It is so yummy, and the best part is that it all cooks in one pan so you don’t have a ton of dishes! My kids LOVE this one!

Skillet Alfredo

This recipe uses a store bought sauce (gasp) and I add in red bell pepper and asparagus! I love the color and if you have a picky eater its easy to pick out

Skillet spaghetti

Yes! You can cook your spaghetti noodles with the sauce instead of boiling water separately! It is easier, an it taste so much better! It incorporates the noodles and sauce so much better and I think makes it easier for the kiddos to eat!
