Set Weekly Goals: Encourage each family member to set a small goal for the week, like trying a new activity or helping out around the house.
Emergency Contact & Plan Review: Review emergency contacts and plans with the kids, especially if there’s anything new or changing.
Home:
Laundry: Do a load or two of laundry, focusing on items needed for the week (school uniforms, work clothes, etc.).
Clothing Prep: Lay out outfits for each child (and yourself) for the next day or even for the entire week.
Tidy Up Common Areas: Spend 15-20 minutes tidying up the living room, kitchen, and entryway to start the week with a clean space.
Restock Essentials: Check and restock items like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and any household essentials.
Check Weather Forecast: Review the weather for the week to adjust clothing, plans, or activities accordingly.
Wellness:
Self-Care Time: Set aside some time for self-care, whether it’s a relaxing bath, a walk, or reading a book. Encourage your kids to do something similar (like quiet play or reading).

Kids:
Backpacks & School Supplies: Have the kids help pack their backpacks and ensure all homework, permission slips, and supplies are ready.
