Turkey Ranch Pinwheels
Ingredients:
-
1 can of premade pizza dough – I used Pillsbury

2 cups finely shaved turkey lunch meat – I love Boar’s head
-
1 ½ cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded

1 large carrot diced finely – I use a veggie chopper
-
Ranch seasoning, or ranch dressing
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a muffin tin with olive oil cooking spray
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface
- Spread lunch meat, cheese and carrots out on top of the dough.
- Sprinkle with ranch seasoning (or you can use ranch dressing)
- Roll dough from the longest end and then cut into one inch circles
- Place one circle in each muffin tin.
- Bake for 12 minutes on the center wrack. Let cool before removing from the pan.
- These freeze great, and are delish at room temperature, or reheated!
