After indulging in delicious meals and enjoying quality time with loved ones, a detox day is the perfect way to refresh, refocus, and give your body the gentle reset it deserves. This simple, nourishing plan includes hydration, movement, and mindfulness to leave you feeling lighter and more energized. Let’s dive in!
Hydration Boost
Start your day by replenishing and cleansing your system with a hydrating drink. Try one of these options:
- A glass of warm lemon water with a pinch of Himalayan salt. This combo can kickstart digestion, boost hydration, and support your body’s natural detox processes.
- A cup of detox tea like ginger, turmeric, or dandelion root to wake up your system gently.

Infrared Blanket Session
Wrap up your morning refresh with 30–40 minutes in an infrared blanket. This promotes sweating, which helps your body eliminate toxins while leaving you relaxed and energized.
Refresh and Reset
Once you’ve finished your movement and infrared session, take a few minutes to freshen up. A quick shower, putting on clean, cozy clothes, and a simple skincare routine can help you feel more put together and ready to take on the rest of your day. This small step can do wonders for your mindset and energy levels!
Nourishing Breakfast
Fuel your body with a nutrient-packed green smoothie. Blend together spinach or kale, frozen banana, a handful of berries, a scoop of protein powder, and almond milk.
