SKIP TO THIS WEEK’S PREP RECIPES
I started prepping food when my Warren was about 6 months old and I was DROWNING trying to balance a 40 + hour career in medicine, motherhood, and taking care of our family.
It felt daunting and overwhelming! I realized I was over doing it- every single meal didn’t need to be prepped and planned out perfectly.
The mornings always seemed to feel the most chaotic – I started seeing patients at 7:30 so our mornings were early. Having breakfast prepped eliminated so much stress!!
Cutting up fresh fruits and veggies makes it so much easier to grab a healthy snack- and presentation is everything to my kids! If it looks good, and I put a little effort into how it is stored they are way more excited to eat it!
