Gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened, they’re a wholesome treat you can feel good about sharing with the whole family — and they bake in just 10 minutes!
4 Ingredient PB Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until a smooth dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten each one with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
