    Clean Ranch Snack Mix

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups whole-grain pretzels
    • 2 cups whole-grain crackers
    • 2 cups air-popped popcorn
    • 1½ cups raw cashews

Seasoning mix: (can also use store bought if preferred)

    • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tsp onion powder
    • 2 tsp dried dill
    • 1 tsp dried chives (optional)
    • 1 tsp kosher salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional but adds savory depth)

    Coating:

    • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
    2. Mix base ingredients in a big bowl (pretzels, crackers, popcorn, cashews, seeds).
    3. Combine olive oil + seasoning in a small bowl and whisk well.
    4. Pour seasoning mixture over the dry mix and toss until everything is evenly coated.
    5. Spread on baking sheet in an even layer.
    6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Keep an eye out so the popcorn doesn’t burn.
    7. Cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to a week.
