These no-bake Peanut Butter Bars are the ultimate treat when you’re craving something sweet, satisfying, and just a little bit indulgent. Made with wholesome ingredients like oat flour, natural peanut butter, and maple syrup, they come together in minutes – no oven required. Topped with a rich dark chocolate layer and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips, these bars are the perfect make-ahead snack or dessert to keep in the fridge or freezer for whenever a craving hits.
Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients:

1 cup natural creamy peanut butter

⅓ cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1½ cups oat flour
-
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
For Topping:
-
¾ cup dark chocolate chips
-
1 tablespoon coconut oil
-
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling (optional but recommended)
Directions:
- Stir together peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in oat flour and salt until a soft dough forms, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- If dry, add a little milk; if soft, chill briefly.
- Press into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour over the base, spread evenly, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until set.
- Slice into squares and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
