These Frozen Yogurt Bites are the ultimate make-ahead snack for summer (or any time you’re craving something cold and creamy!). With a soft, chewy oat-date base and a creamy Greek yogurt topping, they’re naturally sweetened and endlessly customizable. Add sprinkles, a swirl of jam, or a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips for a snack that feels like a treat—but is loaded with fiber, protein, and healthy fats. Great for kids, great for parents, and no oven required!

    Sprinkle Frozen Yogurt Bites

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
    • ½ cup pitted dates
    • ⅓ cup almond or peanut butter
    • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
    • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
    • 2 cups greek yogurt- chobani 20 or fage are my faves
    • Toppings: Sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, jam, or shredded coconut

    Directions:

    1. Add oats, pitted dates, nut butter, flaxseed, and sweetener to a food processor. Blend until sticky and well combined.
    2. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cavity of a silicone or lined mini muffin tin to form the base.
    3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon over each base.
    4. Add sprinkles, a swirl of jam, or other desired toppings.
    5. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until solid. Let sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
