This Sheet-Pan Chicken Parmesan Bites recipe is one of those dinners that feels special but fits perfectly into a busy weeknight. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and finished with marinara and melty mozzarella, it’s a kid-friendly twist on classic chicken parm – without the mess or extra time. Everything bakes on a sheet pan while pasta cooks on the stove, making it a true 30-minute win.
