As much as I love to cook – dinner time used to feel to be STRESSFUL! I was tired from seeing patients, sometimes I had a plan, sometimes I didn’t. I picked recipes that were too complicated with too many ingredients.
Healthy doesn’t have to mean complicated ingredients!
Simple doesn’t mean boring!
And family friendly doesn’t have to mean only nuggets and Mac and cheese (although I do love both)
Simple ingredients, classic flavor, and a menu that everyone gets to contribute to has helped our family so much!
What we are eating this week (Be sure to click the meal to grab the recipe!):
Mexican Casserole
Crockpot Chili and Cornbread
Beef Stroganoff
Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry
Flatbread Pizza

Hi! This is great, but your grocery list only has 1lb ground beef/turkey listed and it should be 3 lbs since you have 3 recipes that require 1 lb ground meat each.
Thank you for noticing! This has been updated!
