Coaching has been one of the biggest blessings in my life and I am so passionate about passing the opportunity along because of what it has done for me and my family! It is such a GIFT!

This opportunity came into my life at the most unexpected and inconvenient time-it’s funny how that always works out! I was 12 weeks postpartum with my first kiddo, working 40 hours a week in family medicine, and in the middle of a huge home renovation. Although it seemed like I couldn’t add anything else to my plate, I was craving community, positivity and change. I had always had an interest in overall wellness, and I loved the idea of creating something on MY time! I loved the idea of creating a virtual community that would encourage other women, and help them feel their best from the inside out. I definitely didn’t consider myself an entrepreneur, but over the last 4 years I’ve learned that to create changes in our life, we have to be willing to learn and change!

This business has allowed me to expand my mission as a PA- to help others live their healthiest life! It has. brought back passion, freedom and creativity to my life! And it has helped me overcome the burnt out from medicine, and create a life of abundance!

With that being said, I try to only take on 5 new coaches a month. I want to be able to really give YOU my full attention and help guide and direct you in making your health, family, fitness, and new business the best it can be!

A little bit about me before we get started….I am wifey and mama of three first and foremost, former nurse and now mompreneur. In the “coaching world”, we are an ELITE team that ended the year at #44 out of over 400,000 other coach teams!!

I am so proud of my community and what we stand for! It is amazing what we are doing together to impact the lives of others every day.

Since I began this journey 4 years ago, I have learned so much about myself, about helping others, and my family’s life has been blessed beyond belief. I never imagined that my passion or helping others would ever turn into something THIS fulfilling. I can’t wait to share more with you about this community and family I have become a part of all while being home with my babies and maintaining a passion and purpose for myself through the mess of motherhood!
