A sample of my favorite workouts! There are several options to try, but here are 4 of my favorites! You can click each workout’s title to give it a try for FREE!
This is what you saw me doing today! It is an advanced program, and it will challenge you in all of the best ways! Warning – he does like to cuss so be aware if kiddos are around.
This is the program I started with! The workouts are <30 minutes, and I love the format. There is always a modifier, and remember, you can pause when you need to!
This program transformed my core after Julia was born! I love her style of weightlifting- she trains one side of the body at a time (unilateral lifting) and it helps engage the core throughout the workout
The one and only Shaun T- he is my favorite trainer! His motivation, and moves are truly amazing! He will get you incredible physical results, but he will also transform your mindset!
Each workout takes less than 30 minutes, and they’re tailored for different fitness levels. It’s fitness fun, no matter where you are on your journey!

I love Free People, Aerie, Athleta and Lulu Lemon! Amazon can have some great options – but I find that a lot of them don’t hold up if you do a lot of high intensity training, running, or high impact style workouts.

Adidas Ultraboost are my favorite shoes of all time! I have high arches, and these give great support, plus you can normally find them on sale!

At Home Gym Equipment
We started with ONE set of dumbbells- but we’ve been working out at home for 6 years now and we have a few more items! You REALLY do not need anything fancy to workout at home! A lot of my workouts don’t even require equipment! 

The mats we have are actually horse stall mats from Tractor Supply!

We got the assault bike recently and my oh my! If you are looking for QUICK way to raise your heart rate this is it! We LOVE it!

We also have a stationary bike – which in all honesty I wasn’t sure I would love. I was never a cycler! BUT it has been a great addition. I loved it when I was pregnant, and it is a great way to get cardio in without the impact. It is always a guaranteed sweat! This is also how we stream our workouts!
