I love Free People, Aerie, Athleta and Lulu Lemon! Amazon can have some great options – but I find that a lot of them don’t hold up if you do a lot of high intensity training, running, or high impact style workouts.
Adidas Ultraboost are my favorite shoes of all time! I have high arches, and these give great support, plus you can normally find them on sale!
The mats we have are actually horse stall mats from Tractor Supply!
We got the assault bike recently and my oh my! If you are looking for QUICK way to raise your heart rate this is it! We LOVE it!
We also have a stationary bike – which in all honesty I wasn’t sure I would love. I was never a cycler! BUT it has been a great addition. I loved it when I was pregnant, and it is a great way to get cardio in without the impact. It is always a guaranteed sweat! This is also how we stream our workouts!
