Packed with wholesome ingredients like oats, flax seed, and nut butter, they’re naturally sweetened and full of energy-boosting goodness. Prep a batch at the start of the week to have a grab-and-go snack ready whenever you need it – whether it’s for school lunches, after workouts, or a quick afternoon pick-me-up.

    Oatmeal Raisin Protein Balls

      Ingredients:

      • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
      • 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
      • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
      • 1/2 cup almond butter or cashew butter
      • 4 tablespoons honey
      • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
      • 1/4 cup raisins

        Directions:

        1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix to combine.
        2. Roll into 1-1 ½ inch size balls.
        3. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet or plate, and freeze or refrigerate until fully set, about 20-30 minutes.
