Here’s What I Eat in a Day as a 35-year-old mom of three who’s 5’9” and moves her body 45–60 minutes every day 💪🏼
Lately, I’ve been experimenting with eating before I exercise (I work out at 5:30am 😅) after listening to an amazing podcast about circadian rhythm and hormone health—and I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel!
🌞 Pre-Workout Fuel:
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt + berries + a drizzle of honey = 20g of protein to kickstart my day
💪🏼 Post-Workout Breakfast:

Left over sauteed veggies, sourdough english muffin, 2 eggs
💧 Hydration:
- At least a gallon of water daily – infused with seasonal fruit & veggies to make it more fun
🥗 Lunch:

Left over Loaded Grilled Chicken Parm and sauteed tomatoes, hummus, naan bread, arugula, cucumbers
🍫 Afternoon Snack:

Whole wheat crackers, high protein ranch, garden tomatoes, cucumbers
🍽️ Dinner:

Sticky Sesame Chicken – crispy, sticky, full of bold flavor, and comes together in just one pan – no egg, no flour, and minimal mess.

Healthier Peanut Butter Caramels
Eating whole, nutrient-dense foods throughout the day helps me feel my best. I don’t stress about what I “can’t” have – I focus on how my food makes me feel and how it fuels my body.
