These are seriously delish, and save time in the mornings! If you prefer warm oats, you can still make these and then just heat them up in the microwave in the morning!
Overnight Oats
Base:
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1 c milk of choice (I use almond)
Banana Nut Bread Oats
- ½ mashed banana
- 2 T chopped pecans or walnuts
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp honey
Blueberry Muffin Oats
- ¼ c blueberries
- 1 T honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Chunky Monkey
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 T chocolate chips
- ½ mashed banana
Directions:
- Place ½ cup of oats in bottom of jar followed by ½ cup milk.
- Next, layer add ins of choice
- Top with an additional ½ cup of oats and ½ cup of milk.
- Add a few toppings if desired!
- Seal well & refrigerate overnight.
- Add an extra splash of milk if needed before serving. Serve hot or cold
*Mason jars work great for this recipe! I used the 16 oz jars, and also did 4 oz jars for the littles
