As much as I love to cook—dinnertime used to feel so stressful! After a full day seeing patients, I didn’t always have a plan. Sometimes I’d pick recipes that were way too complicated or had a million ingredients I didn’t have on hand.

That’s why I love to use Hungryroot. For busy weeks, the planning and grocery shopping part is already done for me – meals show up at my door with exactly what I need, and I still get to cook from home (without the stress).

Healthy doesn’t have to mean complicated.

Simple doesn’t have to mean boring.

And family-friendly definitely doesn’t have to mean just nuggets and mac and cheese (though we love those too 😉).
