Here’s What I Eat in a Day as a 35-year-old mom of three who’s 5’9” and moves her body 45–60 minutes every day 💪🏼
Lately, I’ve been experimenting with eating before I exercise (I work out at 5:30am 😅) after listening to an amazing podcast about circadian rhythm and hormone health—and I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel!
🥣 Pre-Workout Breakfast:
-
Greek yogurt with chia seeds
💪🏼 Post-Workout Breakfast:
-
Strawberry Banana Cherry smoothie
-
Starbucks Dupe Breakfast Sandwich
💧 Hydration:
- At least a gallon of water daily – infused with seasonal fruit & veggies to make it more fun
🥗 Lunch:
-
Jennifer Aniston Salad
🍫 Afternoon Snack:
-
Peanut Butter Bars
-
Apircot Lemon Lavendar Cooler
🍽️ Dinner:
-
Sheet Pan Fajitas – Juicy chicken, colorful bell peppers, and red onion are tossed with simple spices and roasted to perfection all on one pan (less mess = more time at the table!)
Eating whole, nutrient-dense foods throughout the day helps me feel my best. I don’t stress about what I “can’t” have – I focus on how my food makes me feel and how it fuels my body.
Everyone’s food journey is unique, but I hope this gives you some inspiration for adding variety and balance into your meals!
