As much as I love to cook, mealtime used to feel stressful!
After a full day of seeing patients, sometimes I had a plan—and sometimes I didn’t. I would choose recipes that were too complicated, required too many ingredients, or simply weren’t realistic for a busy week.
Over time, I learned that healthy doesn’t have to mean complicated.
Simple doesn’t mean boring.
And family-friendly doesn’t have to mean only nuggets and mac and cheese—although I definitely love both!
Keeping things simple, choosing classic flavors, and letting everyone in the family contribute to the menu has made our weeks so much easier.
Each week, I’m sharing a realistic menu with:
• 2 breakfast recipes
• 2 lunch recipes
• 5 simple dinners
• 1 fun treat
• One organized grocery list to make shopping easier
These are meals made with approachable ingredients, plenty of flavor, and real life in mind. My hope is that this takes a little stress off your plate and makes feeding yourself and your family feel easier—and more enjoyable.
